 Returns and Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
  • If your order, whether in a custom stamp or not, arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 14 days of receiving your item. We will require photos of the damage for assessment.
  • If your item is defective, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
